OMOS may compare outputs from configured model providers. Provider configuration is not the same as verified availability, and model agreement is not treated as factual verification.

The Synthesis Engine coordinates model capabilities. O-H-I evaluates and contextualizes. ACC governs authorized actions. The OneGodian API executes approved operations. ODIN / QR-V preserve authoritative identifiers and provenance where applicable.
Production discipline: repository code, configured providers, deployment, and verified production operation are separate states and must not be conflated.
